Bloggage two days in a row? Been a while since I managed to do that! I was lucky enough to find myself playing with a bushel full of poses from Glitterati today and decided to get off my lazy bum and blog again. I love the poses that have been released recently by the designer of Glitterati. Always on the hunt for amazing poses to use in my photography, these certainly hover at the top of my list. Full of character and movement, worth a moment of your time to wander on down to their new build and check them out!I can promise you will see even more of them (yesterday as well!) in future blog entries here on GI.

After yesterdays fancy smancy posting, I went super comfortable and casual today. The top is a fantastic separate from Apple May, and the pants are actually from the same post as yesterday, by Pixeldolls. A bit of the detail, I admit, was lost in editing, and has prompted me to start including more raw pictures in each blog entry from now on. Dark pants always end up looking solid with my modifications, while all the other pieces hold their true colors and detail losing them in the pants is seriously disappointing. I am still learning though! The scarf is one I have had forever from Maitreya and the shoes are fabulous flats from 50 Flats. Hair is one of my favorites from Fri.Day and the skin is still Belleza.

It's been an extremely quiet morning and afternoon here, SL is nice and calm, little people are asleep currently in RL, friends are preparing for the holidays. Poor Sands being forced to work even harder as the shopping season goes insane and he works his butt off to keep all of the stores under him running properly. Even with the calm, I have a massive amount of things to do that all keep getting pushed back, for later. Yet...I blogged! One more thing off the list for today! Tonight is a bit of shopping with friends in SL and raiding/questing and such with Sands in EQ2, all of which I am so looking forward to. We are going to be doing a strat that Sands has been working on with our guild for about a week now, and they are learning! We did it with our last guild, we can so do it with this one. I see a lot of progress and promise as the members learn how to work together, and the amount of pure, what is the word I am looking for her, dedication? The dedication they have shown to learning and progressing since we joined the guild and started helping has been amazing! I know, it sounds so silly, but I find the simpliest pleasure in people sometimes. Just another thing I can add to my list of things to be thankful for this season. List to be blogged tomorrow!

I hope everyone is having a fantastic day. For those getting closer to Thanksgiving this week I hope you have so much to be thankful for and look forward to time with friends and family! I love this time of the year, love love love it, always have. There is so much to do, its a bit of chaos, but it brings people closer, mends old wounds, rights old wrongs. Too bad it wont last past New Years...maybe it will this year.

Saturdays are always simple, especially when its raining outside. Of course, its been raining off and on for days now, bringing in a wave of fall blahs and such. The little people in RL are bouncing off the walls and keeping me on my toes so todays bloggage is pretty simple too. I could have just slapped up the pictures and credits, but for some reason my fingers get to the keys and I start rambling away. I tried to spare you, honest! Focusing on the look, yes, I can focus. The top here is from the newest release by Fri.Day, perfect for layering with other shirts (as per their promotion for it, no less) so I picked it up in a couple of colors. The skirt was a bundle I purchased from oyakin a while back, I love how simple and light it looks. I am still in love with the fact that flat shoes are 'in' since that's what I wear the most in SL. These are from 50 Flats, with a name like that its really easy to tell where I get a majority of my flats huh? In rare form, I actually took a little bit of time to put on some accessories today! Jewelry pieces are from both Cursed and Mezzo. I stopped by Storin this morning and picked up their umbrella and pose set and splashed my way over to the Creamshop sim to play in the rain. I love the rain, the thunder the way it gives me an excuse to run outside and stomp in a few puddles. I have to be careful here, the street may have just been redone but goodness...those puddles are deep....

I think I have said it about a gabillion times the last few weeks, but I still don't like orange on me that much. Hence the lack of Halloween or Harvest type looks! This, however, works well enough for me. The Moon is a piece you can actually wear form Random Kitten (found in the gatcha machine) and it attaches perfectly. After taking off your old ao it will have you floating around on it all day swinging and kicking your legs, so cute! The top was picked up from Malt and as harvesty colored as I am going to get me thinks. The pants are from the 50L Friday selections from Fishy Strawberry. Shoes by Dilly Dolls, an old time favorite of mine from right about the time the grid went crazy with flats.

In my effort not to shop I had been debating on visiting the jewelry fair. There are gifts, so that counts as not shopping, right? Lets not pay attention to the fact that I would probably give in to temptation, that isn't the point here, I was going just to window shop and pick up a few gifts. Honest. Really. Stop looking at me like that. I was fiddling with outfits and checking out my ARC when I gave up completely and started tossing together a new look of the day. The jeans and sweater here are from Mischief, I don't think I need to explain my torrid love affair with her again now do I? I went to her most recent sale and stocked up because it is a sickness, and one that I am very happy with as I pad my Mischief folder yet again. Coupled with a tank and belt from MIEL, who I told you I visited the other day, I absolutely fell in love with this look! I tossed on one of the few hairs I have from fri.day, a pair of flats from 50 Flats and tada! Oh piffle, my ARC is over 700. I suppose that means I wont be heading out to the fair after all...my linden balance thanks you ARC, as does my inventory count. Until I change again, that is....

I haven't had much of a chance to talk about it lately, but I am still enjoying my online time so much lately. I think my lack of sleep is catching up to me, but its so worth it. Things in EQ2 are working out nicely, gearing up and leveling my alt, Sands was just asked to be the raid leader and giving a ton more responsibility again in our current guild. Its always so nice to sit and listen to people recognize his leadership skills and how good he is at tanking our raids. Even better now that he can run them, as they did need a bit more organization. I always look forward to raiding and spending time with him. Speaking of which, tonight we raid, tomorrow will bring a new look of the day, and I promise, no shopping!!

Simplicity is the name of the game these days. Log in, do a bit of chatting, shopping, inventory digging. The designer of ::EmJay:: was awesome enough to send me these adorable jeans to play in, I am always looking forward to the pieces she comes out with. I *just* this moment got her latest release, watch for it next, le drool! The top is by NoaR, and absolutely the most comfortable looking thing in my inventory to date! I don't wear bags often enough, so I snagged this huge tote by ETD and put on matching flats by 50 Flats to sum up the outfit. Fingered through locks by Truth tops off the look for a bit of shopping and hanging out with friends, enjoying the last days of summer. Really, in SL, what could be better?

One of the best things to see come across my time line on plurk are new creations from my favorite stores. Naive is, without a doubt, one I watch for! Each release brings out pieces that are an awesome addition to every inventory, even the over cluttered like mine. My favorite piece this time is the 'Awesome' shirt! Yes, the word of the day here at GI is 'Awesome'!

The last photo here was just a bit of creative expression on my part tonight. I haven't been spending as much time wandering the grid just snapping pictures as I once did, mainly because I have so much else gong on, online and off. This was just a stolen moment of escape. Escape from all the people that are pulling at me, not intentionally of course. These are people I want to be there for, and help as much as I can, I once in a while just need the small escape to collect myself else end up no help to anyone. So many have things going on in their live(s) that I wish I could fix, but the best I can do right now is simply to be there for them. I have strong shoulders, but even strong women need someone to lean on once in a while. I don't think I would get through my days nearly as well as I do if not for Sands and his amazing support. I have a feeling we are going to end up needing new cell phones soon, for how much time we spend talking! The best part of my day is just getting to talk until we fall asleep, and I don't think I tell him or my other very dear friends just how much I love them for all they are, and all they do for me. To him directly, I love you, and am amazed by every day we spend together. So, I took my moments of escape, and look forward to another fabulous week with you all!
