 The designer of [42] sent out this gift to the stores group, this is going to be the only place and time you can get this awesome shirt in both male and female versions! Soon they will be releasing more shirts so you will just have to stay tuned and make sure not to miss out. Currently they are having an amazing sale, everything just $42L! If you have not yet checked out [42], this is *the* time to go! I've dressed my SL in purple today in support of those fighting cancer. Ironically I remember talking to my mother in law, years ago, about her battle with cancer and her recovery and I asked how she was able to get through it without having moments of panic. I was surprised by her strength and her determination not to let it get the better of her. Luckily she had a fabulous amount of support with her friends and family, and has been cancer free for some years. Even though I am unable to financially support RFL as much as I would like, this is a simple way we can all show support for the amazingly strong people that are battling with cancer every day. I've been meaning to do a bit of revamping of my blog for a while now and today seems like the perfect day to do so. Please pardon any mess that may result as I get it up and running again and get my new blog roll going as well! As much as I previously wanted to come in and blog often, my time online and in world is sometimes limited and leaves me neglecting it instead. So, welcome to GI Look of the Day blogs. This isn't in any way going to replace my normal rambling posts and photos, its just going to be an addition to the blog so I can sneak in with a fast post when I am lacking on time.  I made a visit to Naive yesterday and found they have some awesome new releases out. This was also the first time I have visited since their new build and I simply love it!  As much as I may love beach wear, and the many sandy over heated looking areas that fill our Second Lives, I am one that can't seem to help but dress in world according to how my weather and mood strike me from RL. Until recently, the world here still held a very crisp chill to it and I slipped on this Sweater Dress by Celestial Studios to ease the cold while still wearing something leaning away from winter. I have to admit though, I am going to miss winter. Sweaters and long pants are happily giving way to short sleeved T's, bikinis and shorts, but I eagerly hold onto them for as long as I can. It just looks so much more comfortable!  Of course, I will give in and my photos will be filled with a lot more skin showing, I know, the horrors. I have already begun a few new shopping adventures to find new places and new stores to include this summer, as the heat takes over. Soon it will be short skirts, skimpy suits and more than likely water filled images. I do hope you can stand it all, we have a long summer ahead of us!  I did the Magic of Oz coin hunt a few days ago and did a couple of beautiful shots with the dress given by The Laughing Academy here. The hunt is currently still running, though I am unsure for how long, so if you haven't ventured over to the Magic Of Oz yet, you still have time! I wandered over again with Ry today so she could pick up some of their goodies and we could take pics and remembered I had yet to come in and show them off myself! There is a lot of green fabulousness to be had and it all comes from raining coins.  Gather as many coins as you can find throughout the sim and then travel along the yellow brick road until you find the shops. Once you find a pot to match your coin (shops pot needs to match their coins, of course) you just wear the coin and touch it for a gift! Coins are only usable once and a couple of the stores have multiple gifts to give out, randomly, so gather many!
