Sometimes gifts inspire the most unexpected photos. Gifts as simple as the offering of friendship, of course. The last few weeks I have been spending a lot of my time trying to find where I 'fit'. Where do I need to be, who do I need to be with, and what is it I am doing here in the first place? During that time I have the expected chaos of a whirlwind of emotions, and the influence of a dozen different voices telling me what they think I should or shouldn't do amplifies it daily.

However, sometimes...there is a friend that is calm and is simply there. Not always talking, not a constant chatter or questions or fishing or probing or...I could go on for days. Someone who reminded me that its ok to take time for yourself. I've always neglected myself more than anyone or anything else in my life. I think that should change. Even though its not about you, those of you that know who you are, I thank you for letting it be about me. I value you guys more than you know.

So today, the picture, the words, the song, please don't get offended. Its not about you. Today its about me. Big girls don't cry, except...when they do.

I am far too sleepy today to do much of a post, so a simple picture and bit of credits will have to do. Staying up until after 4am just to get up again at 7am is, to put it bluntly, foolish! I can has nap now? Took this shot last night with Kerra while playing on the Diesel Works Chaise. Not sure what pose she is on, but scooted her just perfectly, I am actually really pleased with how this picture came out. Always learning, growing, changing, in everything I do. Ok, almost everything, everything else I shall remain a screw up in. Its fun that way, keeps em guessing. We each went and picked up a shade of the new lingerie set released by Zaara and it is divine! I love the textures, the details, you can almost feel it on your skin. Going back to my half awake state now, last night was amazing really so thank goodness for naps. Yes, I will nap, its the word of the day! Wishing you all an amazing nap this lazy Sunday!

After literally days offline, not wanting to log in because of a little person being ill, I came in simply because I saw these items. First, the skirt is the latest release by Zaara, as I am sure you can tell by the massive amount of blog attention it will be receiving. I couldn't resist it, didn't try and very happily dropped the money out for the fatpack. I love it, its beautiful, extremely well done and detailed and the colors make me sigh in joy for just having them. Yes, I am odd, I know.

The shirt and shoes were gotten at the Decoy sale event, also bound to get plenty of blog affection. All of the items in the store, including the fatpacks, are marked half off with some of them being absolutely free! Now, who can beat free? Really. I picked up quite a few things and thought these pieces worked perfectly together. Hair by Maitreya, skin by Belleza and poses by LAP, the little bit of time I have had to spare online was well spent.

Not so much in a rambling mood, still. Obvious by the lacking of blog posts period. Just a bit down, not exactly in the mood to let my fingers tippity tap at the keys for long. Wanted to share that little bit tonight and wish everyone a fabulous weekend. I'm looking forward to the end of it though, can I speed up time yet? *just sighs softly and whispers* I miss you.

Through Flickr I met a great new (to me at least) pose creator and was thrilled to obtain this set to see what I could do with them. I have new found respect for pose creators yet again, and anyone working to create ads! I have no doubt I will be using these often, they are simply fabulous. I have vowed to start sharing the pose information in each of my blogs so I am happy to be sharing these poses with you and highly reccomend visiting Diesel Works for more.

What does a girl wear when she is cloned at the subway station? Why, Zaara of course. Jeweled jeans, their newest shirt and jacket matched with shoes by Tesla (found only a stones throw away from Zaara's main store, upstairs) and you have an outfit fit for, well, 11 of me apparently! I love the colors and how this look came together, why haven't I been wearing Zaara more often?
