 I picked this up a while back and just now found it again in my inventory. The things you find when you start to organize, again, for the gabillionth time! Of course, once I tossed it on and started working on the picture I stopped that organizing nonsense.... will try that again in the morning! This hot to trot lil dress is by Malt, an old time favorite hair by Zero Style and from my favorite shoe designer, these are the super novas by Shiny Things. Pose by Imagen and furniture pieces by Not So Bad and Sky Designs finish off the credits, and that's about all I have the energy for this morning. Staying up until almost 7 am in an instance with Sands and then a quick nap once the kids are off probably wasn't my brightest move...but I had a blast and got a few upgrades last night! Wait, this morning, something like that. Hmm, maybe its nap time again! Hope everyone is having a great Thursday, the weekend is almost here! Lets go!  Needed a bit of a pool side distraction this evening as I wait for the day to end and Sands to come home. While almost all of our 'game' time together is spent in EQ2, we both still hold forever a fondness for the world we met in, here in Second Life. Many people have a few preconceived notions about him, myself, even our relationship and instead of fighting against it tooth and nail, I figure its time to just let people judge as they wish and get back on track to just being me. No amount of discussion is going to change peoples minds if they have already taken the word of someone else about how a person is, so isn't it just a waste of energy to focus on it? I saw an amazing quote posted today that has helped me to refocus on the people and things that matter most.  "The more anger towards the past you carry in your heart, the less capable you are of loving in the present." Barbara De Angelis (Plurked by Berry) There is no need to holding onto a past that makes you unhappy, no purpose in focusing on things that may have brought you pain. So today's shots are taken with the setting of a painful past falling behind me without even turning back for a final view. Holding onto an amazing future and a life filled with only love, passion and joy. Looking forward to and wishing everyone a fabulous weekend.  Editing to add the chaos that ensued promptly after getting this blog post done. Went and was sitting with my 2 year old on the floor to play. Normal Sunday morning, until he got a hold of an 'unbreakable' jar and proceeded to prove to its creators that it was, indeed, breakable! Amazingly, we have one of the best ER's ever and were home only 2 short hours after he cut his hand open with the 'unbreakable' jar. So, today's LOTD was short and sweet, adore these pieces from Anuenue. Will be including more looks from them this week, love it!  Time is a funny thing, it always flies when you are having fun and slows to a literal crawl when you are looking forward to something, or someone. As much time as I have with Sands I always find myself missing him. I was able to spend a couple of hours on the phone with him while he was working this morning, but the rest of the day so far has gone by so slowly! I had to get my best friend (RL and SL, yes, they do mix!) to come over and spend the day here with me. Our families are torturing us, but I always have fun when I spend time with Kerra.  While I don't spend as much time in SL as I used to, it always amazes me the things that go on in this 'virtual world.' Most people still want to bicker and debate about how much you can know someone, or care about them, simply from knowing each other online. I won't debate it, what others feel they have or don't have, is up to them, I know what my relationships are and am content in that. I hope that everyone can find a true friend like I found in Kerra, I love her to itty bitty wenchy pieces...and I know what I have found with Sands, we spend so much time together I think I take up all of his online time spent in voice, even when we arent in a particular virtual world. Amazingly, he still tells me he thinks we don't get enough time with each other! Time still goes by too fast when we are together, and far to slow when he is working or I am tending to RL necessities. If only I could control time....if only.  My look today is a dress I saw on the fashion feed and simply couldn't resist. Indyra is currently having a half off sale on retiring items, so be sure to sneak by and pick up a few things.
